          Industry dynamics

          Reducer equipment used for a long time will inevitably have a small problem, then it involves maintenance and later maintenance, can use for a long time, for the enterprise to increase revenue and reduce expenditure.

          However, before the maintenance of the reducer, there are many aspects that need to be checked in advance, so that we can really find the problem of the reducer, which can achieve twice the result with half the effort. According to our experience as a manufacturer of RV series reducers, the following aspects need to be checked before maintenance:

          1、 Gear inspection

          The gear shall not have broken teeth, and the tooth surface shall not have cracks or spalling.

          2、 Inspection of reducer box and bearing cover

          3、 Inspection of bearing

          Clean with heated mineral oil until there is no clamping phenomenon in any direction when the inner seat ring is gently rotated by hand. The clearance of the cleaned bearing shall be checked with a feeler gauge.

          4、 Shaft inspection

          The ovality and taper on the shaft diameter shall not be greater than 0.015 ~ 0.025mm. The surface roughness of all mating dimensions of the shaft meets the technical requirements of the drawing, and it can be reused if the tolerance is more than 0.02mm, and it can only be used if the tolerance is more than 0.02mm. The shaft width dimension can be reused if it does not exceed the limit dimension of 0.04mm, and it should be replaced if it exceeds the limit dimension of 0.04mm.

          At the same time, we should not be careless in dealing with these aspects that need to be checked. Otherwise, even if the maintenance of a good reducer, or there will be a variety of failures.

          It would be better to have the following four requirements for the later maintenance of the reducer

          1. Neat: tools, workpieces and accessories are placed in order; safety protection devices are complete; lines and pipelines are complete.

          Cleaning: the inside and outside of the equipment shall be clean; the sliding surface, screw, gear and rack shall be free of oil and collision damage; all parts shall be free of oil leakage, water leakage, air leakage and electric leakage; the chip and garbage shall be cleaned.

          Lubrication: fill and change the oil on time, and the oil quality meets the requirements; the oil pot, oil gun, oil cup, felt and oil line are clean and complete, the oil label is bright, and the oil path is smooth.

          Safety: implement the system of fixed personnel, fixed machine and shift handover; be familiar with the equipment structure and abide by the operating procedures, use the equipment reasonably, maintain the equipment carefully and prevent accidents.

          2. Contents of on-site reducer equipment maintenance and management

          The maintenance of reducer equipment can be divided into routine maintenance and regular maintenance according to time, and general maintenance, regional maintenance and important equipment maintenance according to maintenance methods. The maintenance work mainly includes on-site management and maintenance work such as inspection, adjustment, lubrication, disassembly and replacement.

          3. Regional maintenance of equipment

          The regional maintenance of equipment is that the enterprise is divided into several areas according to the quantity of equipment or the type of equipment in the production area. The maintenance workers have a clear division of labor and cooperate closely with the operators, and are responsible for supervising and guiding the equipment operators in the area under their jurisdiction to operate, use and maintain the equipment correctly, conduct patrol inspection, master the operation of the equipment, and undertake some equipment maintenance work; Responsible for the implementation of the assessment indicators such as the intact rate of equipment and the failure rate of downtime in the district. Regional maintenance is a post responsibility system to strengthen the management of equipment maintenance, serve the production and mobilize the enthusiasm of maintenance workers.

          4. Oil leakage control standard of on-site production equipment

          Oil seepage: the oil stain is not obvious, and it is oil seepage if there is no oil stain within five minutes after the oil stain is wiped.

          Oil leakage: the oil stains are obvious, some of them form oil drops, and the oil stains or oil drops that appear within five minutes after the oil stains or oil drops are wiped are oil leakage.

          Oil leakage point: if there is an obvious oil stain or oil drop, it is an oil leakage point.

          No oil leakage equipment: static joint surface without oil leakage, dynamic joint surface without oil leakage, for no oil leakage equipment. 80% of the joint surface has no oil leakage, and the part with oil leakage leaks to more than one drop within three minutes is basically no oil leakage equipment.

          Serious oil leakage equipment: equipment with one of the following conditions, or at most three drops of oil in a minute at one oil leakage point, is a serious oil leakage equipment.

          General oil leakage equipment: if there is oil leakage, but it is not enough for the above serious oil leakage, it is general oil leakage equipment.

          Qualified treatment: no oil leakage on the static joint surface, and no oil leakage on the dynamic joint surface (except for all moving parts of the hand lubricated guide rail, lead screw, polished rod, etc.)
